Every morning you write what you are going to do. Every night you write what you actually did. I read both.
For ninety days there is no version of you that only I see and no version only your wife sees. There is one record, and we work from it.
$4,000. Thirteen sessions. Ninety days of daily practice.

That is the whole time commitment, and it is the part most men underestimate.
Before the first email. What is the day going to ask of you, and what are you already planning to avoid in it. Written down, where you cannot revise it later.
Three questions after the day is done. What pattern did you see. What was underneath it. What leverage point did you miss. Not a journal. An audit.
You cannot skip ahead, because the next one does not work without the last one.
The Comfort Audit and Who I Am. You set the baseline by answering as you are, not as you present.
The Evening Audit begins. Three weeks of watching yourself until the pattern has a name. The phase closes when you can name your highest-leverage pattern out loud.
The Daily Correction begins, logged nightly in the Word-Integrity Tracker. One specific, measurable action a day against that pattern. Kept or blank.
The Stand Test and the Radiation Log. Two questions now: did you stand or bend when the cost was real, and is the work reaching your people. The Tracker retires. The Correction does not.
On day 47 the Word-Integrity Tracker opens. Every night you log one thing: did you do the correction, or did you not. There is no partial credit and no explanation field.
Twenty three nights of that produces a number. Most men have never had a number on this part of their life, and the number is the reason the program works.
On day 70 the Tracker retires. By then either the correction is yours or it is not, and both of us can see which.
On day 90 you write Who I Am for the second time. The first copy was written on day 1, before any of this, and you do not get to see it again until you have finished the new one.
Then you write a letter to yourself for day 91, the first morning with no program to report to.
That is the whole point of the ninety days.

Twenty three years in the United States Navy. I retired as a Command Master Chief, which meant that for a long stretch my job was standing in front of men and telling them the truth about their performance whether they wanted it or not.
I was also good at work and thin at home. I know how a man can be respected by two hundred people and still be a stranger at his own dinner table. That is not a theory I read. That is a bill I paid.

The EA-90 doctrine in print. Every reading, directive and tool, bound for a desk.
You do not need it. The platform is the practice environment. This is for men who would rather hold the work than scroll it.

About fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen at night, plus thirteen sessions across the ninety days. The writing is short. Doing it on day 52 when nothing has changed yet is the hard part.
I see it, because I read the entries. You will hear from me. That is the difference between this and an app you bought and abandoned.
If you have mastered your career and drifted at home, yes. If you want a strategy problem solved instead of a character one, no.
No. The Foundry is four weeks in a room with eleven other men at $997. EA-90 is ninety days, one on one, with a daily written practice. Most men should do The Foundry first.
No. The platform is the primary practice environment. The manual is for men who prefer pen and paper.
No. There is no platform subscription and no fee to read your own ninety days of writing. Your entries stay yours, permanently, at no cost.
You keep the practice or you do not. If you want a post to report to, The Watch is $97 a month: one live call, second Monday, with other men who have finished either EA-90 or The Foundry. Nothing is recorded. Cancel any time from your own account. We talk about it near the end, once you know whether you want it.
