Legion Leadership ("Legion," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
You provide directly
- Account: name, email address, password hash, authentication provider.
- Intake: role, business context, current pressures, goals, and any additional profile fields you complete.
- Daily entries: your written responses to the five doctrine prompts.
- Correspondence: messages exchanged with your coach.
We collect automatically
- Usage: doctrine views, completions, streaks, and login timestamps.
- Technical: IP address, browser, device type, and diagnostic logs.
From third parties
- Stripe (payment processor): billing status, subscription state. We do not store full card numbers.
- Google, if you sign in with Google: name, email, and profile image.
2. How We Use It
- Deliver the program, including doctrine, coaching notes, and progress views.
- Send transactional email tied to your participation (welcome, milestone, streak, and account emails).
- Generate AI-assisted synthesis of your entries for your coach.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
Your daily entries may be processed by third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini) to generate coaching summaries for your coach. Entries are transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not authorize model providers to train their models on your content.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Your assigned coach and Legion staff supporting the program.
- Infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), the email delivery provider used by our domain, and the AI model provider named above.
- Authorities, when compelled by valid legal process or to protect life or safety.
5. Retention
Account and entry data are retained for the duration of your enrollment and any continued access period, plus a reasonable window afterward for records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time; see Section 7.
6. Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; you use the platform at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for processing. To exercise these rights, contact jeff@leadwithlegion.com from the email address on your account.
8. Email Preferences
Transactional emails required to operate your account (billing, security) cannot be turned off while your account is active. Program emails (welcome, milestone, streak) can be disabled individually or in full from your account settings.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember basic session state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
10. Children
The program is intended for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. By using the program you consent to this transfer.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
