These Terms of Service govern your enrollment in and use of Executive Advisory (EA-90), a 90-day coaching program operated by Legion Leadership ("Legion," "we," "us"). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Program
EA-90 is a 90-day executive coaching program consisting of daily doctrine, structured practice logging, direct coach correspondence, and progress reporting. Access is delivered through this digital platform.
2. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is $4,000, charged in full at the time of purchase. Enrollment includes the full 90-day program.
There is no platform subscription. Access to your own entries and program record continues at no additional cost after day 90.
Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the enrollment fee.
3. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
4. Your Commitments
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during intake and keep your account information current.
- Use the platform for your own participation only. Accounts are not transferable.
- Treat your coach and any other participants with professionalism.
- Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any doctrine content, video, or written material.
5. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, legal counsel, financial advice, or a substitute for any of the above. If you are experiencing a mental health, medical, legal, or financial emergency, seek qualified professional help.
Outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances. We make no guarantee of any specific result.
6. Intellectual Property
All doctrine, video content, written material, methodology, and brand marks are the property of Legion Leadership. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the material for the duration of your enrollment and any continued access period, for personal use only.
Entries you submit remain yours. You grant Legion a license to store, process, and use them internally to deliver the program, generate coaching notes, and improve the service.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive conduct toward coaches or other members, or attempt to circumvent payment or access controls. Fees for terminated accounts under this section are not refundable.
8. Confidentiality
Your entries and correspondence with your coach are treated as confidential and are not shared outside the coaching team, except as required by law or as necessary to protect life or safety.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The program is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion's total liability arising out of or related to the program is limited to the amount you paid for the current 90-day enrollment.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Legion Leadership is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
